I had the stem cell treatment a couple of years ago and could not be more pleased. The Dr. was very informative. My husband and I met with him, an x-ray was done. He showed me my x-ray and said that he thought he could help me. He gave me a list of things that I needed to do and said that if I could not do those things than I should not get the stem cell. I said I could and agreed to get the stem cell. I had to wait a couple of weeks and go off all of my anti inflammatory meds and then had the injection. It was difficult being off my meds but I did, as I wanted the stem cell to be a success. Stem cell treatment goes after inflammation. Off meds 6 to 12 weeks) The male nurse was great and supportive every time I called. My calls were returned promptly. It has been at least 2.5 years and my knee is great. I had one knee replacement 10 years ago and did NOT want surgery again. I am doing very well and I would go back to this Dr. in a heart beat. Even my friends have commented on how well I am doing. It was worth every penny that I paid.
Very professional and helpfull
It’s amazing. Only in a few days I haven’t felt pain as before.
I was in a lot of pain & had tears in my eyes 🥺 when I went in. I was scheduled for rotator cuff repair surgery in exactly one week. I was apprehensive to get the surgery done but thought I had no choice. Until I heard Tony Robinson speak in an interview on the Tucker Carlson show about his shoulder & back pain. My injuries were from approx 15 years ago 😳 He spoke about stem cell research (not using aborted babies) & how fast & successful it was. So I googled it. Dr. Picard’s office was the closest place to our area (hour & a half away). So, I called right then. Explained my pain & my situation- to little did I know at the time- to Dr Picard, himself. He asked me a few questions, said I needed my MRI report (which showed a torn rotator cuff & other injuries, as well) & got me in THE NEXT DAY. Because if I wasn’t a candidate for this- I didn’t want to cancel my surgery. Turned out, I was a candidate! Scheduled me for the treatment the following week- ON THE DAY OF MY SCHEDULED SURGERY! 😝 I went in & he pinpointed the pain (by actually listening to me- the patient) & did some manipulations to my shoulder before the injection. Received the injection & left. Within a couple days, my pain was substantially less & I was able to use my arm better 😁. Each day got less pain & more movement. Dr Picard’s office called to check on me, too. I’ve continued to go back for a few more manipulations & PRP therapy (using your own platelets) and have definitely seen a 180 improvement! I highly recommend anyone to at least consider Dr Picard & his office the next time in pain. Altho, not covered by insurance, they will work with you to make it affordable. In the end- I had no surgery, no recovery time & am OUT OF PAIN!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Thank u Dr Picard & your office!
The weight loss program here is amazing! I reached my goal weight in just a couple of months!
This message is being posted one year following treatment and I can tell you that I’m very pleased with the results. I’m a very active 66 year old male, heavily involved in mountain biking, weightlifting, running CrossFit and whatever else comes along. I came across Dr Picard as a result of a shoulder injury while doing CrossFit. Prior to my injection, arm & shoulder movement was limited due to pain. I had tried several different treatments which did not correct the situation. However, after researching & speaking with people from various sports communities, I was unanimously given positive feedback about stem cell treatment. So I reached out to Dr Picard. The entire process from beginning to end was superb. Everyone was nice, professional, knowledgeable and helpful - a great experience! My recovery went as expected and today I’m thankful that I met the MIH team One year later, I’m back to all my regular activities and feeling great
Both my husband and I had stem cell injections last October. Yes, it took a few months to really start seeing results. But the great thing is that we kept seeing improvement as late as several weeks ago. I went from taking two Aleive in the morning and two again at bed to only needing one at night. (They were very honest about how much relief we might see. ) And this gives my kidneys and liver a much need chance to heal. I have already had a shoulder replacement. It was a very unpleasant experience and the intense physical therapy was grueling. I was not told about the limit of motion I would experience.instead, the well respected Dr would only say it was different for each person and he didn't want to influence the results. To my way of thinking, this Dr did not give me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He did say that the results I got would depend upon how much of a baby I was during therapy. Well, to prove I was no baby and wanting as much movement as possible I let the therapist do some manipulations that resulted in my rotator cuff being torn to shreds. I went back to the doctor to find out what was could be done. He wanted to redo the surgery and this time I would definitely have less motion in my dominant arm. Needless to say I did not schedule that surgery. Instead, I lived with the pain. Then thank God, we weren't too one of their seminars. I had injections in that shoulder as well as my back and right hip and I can tell you very honestly that I have very little pain in the shredded rotator cuff, the nerve pain in my back that would run down my hip and cause extreme pain down to my knee cap is all but completely gone. Had I known about MIH I know I would have opted for this as a first step. And if it didn't work I could always have the replacement surgery. I am now experiencing pain in my left hip which a different orthopedic says needs to be replaced. I will be making my appointment with MIH next week. I don't see a place to give a rating. So just let me tell you I would like give them the highest rating possible.
