Jessica Long

Jessica obtained her board certification from American Nurses Credentialing Center after passing the family nurse practitioner board exam in 2017. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner at the University of Detroit Mercy. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Before joining our group, Jessica worked as a Registered Nurse at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland and Crittenton Hospital, specializing in critical care. She has been practicing as a nurse since 2002.
Lauren Uroda
MD
Dr. Uroda is a board certified physician that specializes in Family Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences with University Honors from Wayne State University. She then went on to receive her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed her residency training at Detroit Medical Center. She is passionate about delivering excellent medical care and aims to support all patients in living their life to its fullest potential. A favorite quote of hers by the great Maya Angelou is “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” It is a priority of hers to ensure that all patients feel welcome, comfortable and confident in their medical treatment. When Dr. Uroda is not seeing patients, she enjoys spending time with her son, traveling, and staying active through golf and yoga.
Dr. Roy Picard

Dr. Roy J. Picard, DC specializes in drugless, non-surgical care for chronic and difficult cases. He has been in private practice in Michigan since graduating in 1990 from Life University. In 2007 he became Board Eligible in Chiropractic Neurology. 2008 he became a DAN Certified through the Autism Research Institute and that same year he began studying Functional Endocrinology. 2012 he became Certified through the American Functional Neurology Institute. 2016 he became a Fellow of American Association of Integrative Medicine. He specializes in soft tissue work that he began studying in 2003. In 2017 he partnered with a Medical Team that offers Regenerative Medicine to form Michigan Integrative Health. The office specializes in chronic pain of the knee, back, hip, shoulder and neuropathy. People from all over North America come to Michigan Integrative Health to avoid drugs and surgery.
